Workspace – clear sleeve, project plan, agenda envelope by paperbits

Lots of stuff here: I use those clear vinyl coverslips that everyone loves to hold "project support material" …which means, reference material that’s in use by an open project. A Staples No. 6 coin envelope makes a spiffy label for the coverslip, holds any related notes clipped to it, and also keeps the slip closed.

Agenda envelopes – when I have to ask someone something the next time I see them, I queue the stuff up on their envelope, and flip through it before I talk to them.

Project plan – As seen previously, for anything I’m doing that’s complicated or just plain extensive, I brainstorm what has to be done onto individual cards, then stack them in order and clip them to a coin envelope; that lets me choose what to do next without having to rethink at all.
